  1. Break your meals up into 6 small meals a day. As far as diet, it’s ordinary sense stuff, if it seems like you shouldn’t eat something, you doubtless shouldn’t eat it. Just make sure you have a balanced diet that is relatively low in stout. Run/ jog/walk in the morning before you eat if possible while your body is in a genuinely hypoglycemic disorder, experts say this is when you are most likely to burn up stout stores. Other than that a excellent regular weightlifting routine is essential. Make sure you are tightening your core muscles when you do all exercises, don’t cheat! If you place on enough muscle your body will burn off more stout genuinely. With a combination of diet and exercise you should get those abs eventually, but don’t be discouraged, it takes awhile for some people.

  2. Nothing that you eat can build your abs. Only exercise can do that!

Start doing regular crunches and sit ups.

Eat protein with every meal. That includes fish, lean chicken, beans, nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts), and eggs.
