Body Weight Workout #3

www.JarrettArthur.com Still visiting in New York! I hope you had fun with the first two workouts. Here is my butt-kicking, cardio, strength and conditioning body weight workout #3. I’ve designed these so that you can do them anywhere with no equipment needed. Feel free to modify this workout as needed to but try to challenge yourself if you’re feeling up to it. And you can always do again any of the previous workouts this week if you need another day or two of schooling. Warm-Up 5-10 mins of walking briskly, jogging, jumping jacks, or jumping rope. Make sure to include some plank holds or bear crawls in this warm-up. Workout: Crazy 8′s Complete the following circuit 8 times through: 8 squat jumps 8 push-ups or alligator push-ups 8 log jumps (left/right counts as one) 8 mountain climbers (left/right counts as one) 8 foot-up lunges each leg 8 alternating v-ups (left/right counts as one) 8 inchworms (add a push-up for more of a challenge) 8 tuck jumps Cool Down: 5-10 summary of walking followed by some dynamic stretching If you have any questions please send by e-mail me at Jarrett@JarrettArthur.com.
